Jardine Lloyd Thompson have recently launched our comprehensive motorcycle insurance policy – JLT Road Bike Insurance, a product our customers have been asking us to provide for some time now.
This product has been tailored to suit the needs of our customers, a comprehensive policy that is going to cover you for what you want, when you need it, at an affordable price. JLT currently provide the following types of comprehensive motorbike insurance:
- Enduro Bike Insurance,
- Trail Bike Insurance,
- Cruiser Bike Insurance,
- Tourer Bike Insurance and
- Tourer Adventurer Bike Insurance.
As with all our products, JLT Road Bike Insurance will be continually tailored to suit the ever changing needs of our customers. Currently our JLT Road Bike insurance provides coverage for:
- Riders between 25 and 70 years of age.
- Motorcycles used for private purpose only.
- Motorcycles classified as Enduro, Trail, Cruiser, Tourer or Tourer Adventurer.
- Low kilometre discount.
- Nominated rider discount.
- Data dot discount.
- Riding apparel cover up to $3,000 for rider and pillion.
- Replacement motorcycle if less than 12 months old.
- Coverage for emergency accommodation, travel expenses and repatriation costs.
- Market value policy including attached accessories which are not standard for that make or model.
These initial restrictions will be reviewed and updated periodically.
